How to Make a Donation

如何捐款

*       For Singapore cheque

         新加坡支票

         Step 1        Make a cheque out to "厦门市红十字会".

                           开支票, 收款人为 "厦门市红十字会".

                          (*All cheques should be made to Xiamen Red Cross Society's Chinese

                               name "厦门市红十字会")

                           ↓

        Step 2        Send the cheque by registered mail to the Singapore Consulate-

                           General in Xiamen.

                           Add: The Singapore Consulate-General in Xiamen

                                    Units 05-07/08, The Bank Centre

                                    No. 189 Xiahe Road, Xiamen 361003

                                    Fujian Province, P. R. China

                           通过挂号信将支票寄往新加坡驻厦门总领事馆

                           ↓

         Step 3         The Xiamen Red Cross Society will formally issue an official

                            receipt to you once the cheque is processed and the funds are

                            placed in our charity foundation's bank account. (It takes up to

    20 days in China to process a foreign currency cheque.)

                            您的捐款进入该项目的专项慈善基金银行账户后, 厦门市

                            红十字会将为您出具正式发票. (中国处理外币支票最多需

                            要20天.)

         Step 4         The official receipt issued by the Xiamen Red Cross Society

                            will be sent to you by registered mail.       

                            厦门市红十字会出具的正式发票将通过挂号信寄往贵处.

*      For RMB donation

         人民币捐款

         Step 1         Make inter-bank fund transfer into our charity foundation's

                            bank account as follows:

                            Bank: United Overseas Bank(China)Limited Shanghai Branch

                            将捐款汇入以下账户:

        Step 2         Photocopy and fax the bank receipt to the Consulate-General's

                           office at 0592-2684694 for our record purposes.

                           将银行汇款单复印并传真至新加坡驻厦门总领事馆办公室,

                           以便我们记录. 传真: 0592-2684694.

                           ↓

        Step 3         The Xiamen Red Cross Society will issue an official receipt to

                           you once the funds are confirmed to have been placed in our

                           charity foundation's bank account.

                            您的捐款进入该项目的专项慈善基金银行专项账户后, 厦

                            门市红十字会将为您出具正式发票.

                            ↓

         Step 4         The official receipt issued by the Xiamen Red Cross Society

                            will be sent to you by registered mail.       

                            厦门市红十字会出具的正式发票将通过挂号信寄往贵处.

          For every contribution of RMB5,000 or above, the name of the donor will be inscribed on a donors' plaque to be erected at the polyclinic after it is built. Donors can choose to inscribe the names of individuals or companies on the plaque. For every contribution of RMB250,000 or above, a consultation room in the polyclinic will be named after the donor.

捐款人民币 5000元及以上的企业/个人, 捐款企业/个人的名字将刻在医疗服务中心内设立的芳名榜. 对于捐款人民币25万及以上的企业/个人, 医疗服务中心内的一个诊疗室，将以该企业/个人的名字冠名.

        Regardless of the amount, all cash donations made in the name of the donor's company that is registered in China (any part of mainland China) will enjoy a company tax rebate. For working individuals receiving RMB salaries on mainland China, his/her cash donation made in his/her name will enjoy an individual income tax rebate.

    通过在中国大陆注册的新加坡企业捐款或在中国大陆工作的新加坡人(领取人民币薪金)捐款, 可享受企业/个人所得税全额扣除.
